Description
Manufactured by National Arms Co under Moore's Patent Firearms Co between 1864 and 1870. This unique revolver is chambered for the 32 caliber Teat-Fire, which allowed the inventors of the day to get around the rimfire Rollin White patent. This pocket pistol features a 3-1/4" barrel, stamped on top "NATIONAL ARMS Co BROOKLYN, NY", rear notch sight in the hammer and half-moon front blade. Engraved brass frame with the rare hook extractor on the right side and spur trigger. Fitted with hardwood grips. CALIBER: .32 Teat-Fire. S/N: 27071. FFL STATUS: Antique.
Condition
Barrel and cylinder has turned to a gray patina with some darker spots remaining. A few tiny dings on the right side of the barrel. Grips are losing the lacquer finish. Dark bore but rifling still very visible. Good mechanics. Missing the barrel pin.
